Community. I have lived in apartments - complexes, restructured single-family homes - and NEVER have I known my neighbors. Now i know people in a bunch of buildings and everyone in mine. Grounds are well-kept; previous suggestions have been acted on; maintenance ROCKS! Rent is competitive and includes perks such as pool...They fix what's wrong and I'm happy as a clam. LOL - Cathy

Cute unit, pretty landscaping and well maintained property for a seasoned older complex. My leasing agent (Shamicka) was awesome and made the process easy and accommodating. Neighbors are friendly and super chill too! - Max

I can honestly say my living experience has been a good one, the office staff are pretty great. Even the new people I've recently met. I was going to be moving somewhere else because I need more space. However, I don't believe my experience, will get any better than this. The maintenance people are actually pretty good and prompt with fixing things. I would recommend. I am a happy tenant for real. - Autumn

I love my new apartment! It is very unbelievably quiet here. The staff is very nice. I had a maintenance request for a shower head that I messed up and they came and replaced it that same day!:-). So, thank you for the great team here! - Angela
