I was pleasantly surprised on my move in date. The apartments have been given new furnaces, ac units, carpets, and appliances. The apartment grounds are clean, the grass is cut frequently, and snow is removed promptly. The maintenance staff keeps the individual apartments in working order with timely repairs done right the first time. All in all, I give Normandy Village five out of five stars. - Verified Resident
